Return Policy

Devora Fashions will offer a full refund on the purchase price when merchandise is returned within 15 days of receiving the order. After the allotted time, you will receive an online credit. After 30 days we will not accept merchandise at all. Merchandise must be returned with original tags and in the perfect condition in which it was shipped. It must be unworn and unwashed. We will not accept damaged merchandise. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. When exchanging there will not be a second shipping charge.

Return Or Exchange Procedure

When returning or exchanging, first e.mail us at info@devorafashions.com, after you have informed us about the pending Exchange/Return, proceed by shipping us the returns. When making an exchange please reorder your exchange item on-line. There will be no additional shipping charges. You'll find the return address on the top left hand corner of the package you received from us. Please include your invoice with the returning merchandise. Your refund will be returned to you in the same method you have used to pay for the merchandise.
